In Accounting you handle customer invoices, vendor bills, and payments, and you read the financial dashboard. The lesson focuses on the routine tasks an employee performs day to day, rather than the setup work behind them.
CRM is your sales pipeline. You log leads, qualify them into opportunities, move them through the stages with drag-and-drop on the kanban board, schedule follow-up activities, and mark each deal won or lost.
In Sales you create quotations, send them to customers, confirm accepted quotations into sales orders, and trigger delivery and invoicing. The lesson covers building a quotation, adding products and prices, and confirming the order.
