- Generate leads and close sales deals for Odoo products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored Odoo solutions.
- Identify target markets and create outreach plans.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process.
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations or strategic discussions.
- Understand client industries basics (manufacturing, retail, services, etc.) to offer relevant solutions.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Tech-savviness with the ability to demo software and explain complex features in simple terms
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Multi Task
- Fluent In English
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Deal with various Industry and Customers segments
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (especially Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects
- Fluency in multiple languages (especially if working with global clients)
