- Generate leads and close sales deals for Odoo products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored Odoo solutions.
- Identify target markets and create outreach plans.
- Lead and coach a team of Odoo sales representatives or consultants.
- Set sales targets and help the team meet or exceed them.
- Coordinate between sales, technical, and implementation teams.
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations or strategic discussions.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation process.
- Understand client industries (manufacturing, retail, services, etc.) to offer relevant solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and report KPIs to senior management.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business/ ERP Application
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Tech-savviness with the ability to demo software and explain complex features in simple terms
- Good communication/negotiation skills
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (especially Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
- Master in the product demonstration
- Deal with various Industry and Customers segments
- Autonomous, Assertive, Proactive
- Multi Task
- Fluent In English
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
